Annual dues are payable in advance on January 1 of each year.  The membership year shall be from January 1 to December 31. Dues of members not postmarked on or before March 1 and due since January 1 shall be considered in arrears, and no Member so in arrears shall be entitled to enjoy any privileges of Members.
Whenever a new Member pays their first annual dues prior to September 1 of the year in which s/he makes application for membership, s/he shall be credited with the payment of his/her dues up to and including the last day of December of that year.  Whenever an applicant pays his/her first annual dues after September 1 of the year in which s/he makes application for membership s/he shall be credited with the payment of his/her dues through the following calendar year.
